RSTickets!Pro - Joomla! help desk extension

We’ve released today the RSTickets!Pro revision 5 with some important features to enhance the component and the cron functionalities.
Among them, a new tab in backend - “Cron Email Parser Log”, 2 knowledgebase modules - “Most Read Articles” & “Latest articles” and some SQL improvements.

1. The Cron Email Parser activity log

The Cron Email Parser Plugin extends the RSTickets!Pro functionality by generating tickets from emails.

Starting with rev. 5, we’ve created a new tab - “Cron Email Parser Log” to keep track of the email activity registered when using the ticket system.

RSJoomla! demoOne of the great pluses Joomla! has amongst other CMS is the great flexibility you get using a Joomla! module inside a Joomla! module position. Thinking that you can put Joomla! modules wherever you want using the Joomla! module positions and publish them only on some of your menu items, is just great!

So, what's a Joomla! module position?

Think at a Joomla! module position as a fixed place on your website where, depending on the page that you are visiting, you can publish certain things such as a login form, a contact form, or a sub-menu for instance.

RSForm!Pro - Joomla! form manager

Today, we've released a brand new Joomla! System Plugin - the RSForm! Pro Plugin.

What does the RSForm! Pro System Plugin do ?

The System Plugin works exactly like the Content Plugin (known until now as mosrsform) - it displays the specified form wherever it finds the right syntax {rsform [number]}.
The limitation of the Content Plugin however, was that it only worked with Joomla! articles. This means that if you wanted to use a Custom HTML module, a 3rd party component that loaded the Joomla! article directly from the database, it would not work.
With the RSForm! Pro System Plugin, this limitation is lifted. It will work regardless of where the {rsform [number]} syntax is found.
