Paid, but I can't find the download.

When you purchase a subscription from us, an account will be created for you at RSJoomla! and the subscription will be assigned to that account. The login credentials of your account will be received via email when the purchase is made.

Before the subscription you have purchased is assigned to your account, your payment will need to be cleared by our payment processor Avangate.com. After your payment is cleared the subscription will be automatically added to your account.

Note: You can also login into our site by using the order number of your purchase and the email used in the transaction here.

Steps to download your product:

  1. Login into RSJoomla.com with your purchase user;
  2. Go to "Downloads > Paid Downloads";
  3. Click on the "download component" button according to your purchase;
  4. For plugins/modules/language packs or other related files, click on the "Modules & plugins" button;

Important:
  • Even if you are logged in on our site, if you use a different email in the purchase form, then the new subscription will be assigned to the account created for the email you have used.
  • Please make sure that you are using a valid email account during the purchase, if the email address you use in the transaction is not valid, then the email with the login credentials will not be received.
