When submitting a ticket, please make sure of the following:
- Support is provided Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00 UTC+2 or UTC+3 during Summer. Due to different timezones we cannot offer live support. However, your ticket will be answered as soon as possible in the before-mentioned schedule.
- Provide as much information as possible regarding your enquiry (working links if you are requesting technical support, accurately describe your problem and steps to replicate it etc).
- Make sure you have an active subscription if you are requiring technical support.
