In a couple of days, Joomla! 1.6 will reach end of life and will no longer be supported.

All Joomla! 1.6 users are being advised to upgrade to the latest Joomla version, 1.7, before 19 August 2011.

If you have migrated your websites to 1.7, then you’ll be happy to find out that ALL RSJOOMLA! extensions (except RSTickets! - not to be confused with RSTickets!Pro and RSForm! - not to be confused with RSForm!Pro) are compatible with Joomla! 1.7.

We’ve performed multiple tests and code optimization to assure that all our extensions are stable and ready to be used on Joomla! 1.7 websites.

Joomla! 1.7 is just a few days away!

A final Joomla! 1.6 version (1.6.5) has been released, fixing an issue encountered in the "Extension Manager Update", mechanism which will provide a seamless upgrade to the upcoming 1.7.

Along with this release, we've updated RSFirewall! with Joomla! 1.6.5 hash files.

If you're running RSFirewall! on your Joomla! 1.6 installation, we recommend updating both Joomla! and RSFirewall! to the latest revisions and perform a new "System Check".

RSJoomla! keeps up with the Joomla! latest development by releasing its first extension, compatible with Joomla! 1.7 (beta): RSFirewall! revision 27.

We've modified the RSFirewall! source code to be 1.7 compatible and added specific hash files.
A warning message has also been included when using the 1.7 development version (the beta version is not suitable for production sites and it should be used for testing only).

Joomla! 1.6.4 is out! Aside fixing several security issues, the new release will provide an automatic upgrade to the upcoming Joomla! 1.7.

RSFirewall! has been updated with Joomla! 1.6.4 hash files as well.

If you're using 1.6 on a live site, we recommend updating both Joomla! and RSFirewall! to the latest revisions (Joomla! 1.6.4, respective RSFirewall! rev. 26) and perform a new "System Check".

The Joomla! Project has just announced the availability of Joomla! 1.6.3, which fixes several issues that were affecting the 1.6.2 backend functionality.

RSFirewall! has been updated with Joomla! 1.6.3 hash files as well.

If you're using 1.6 on production environments, we recommend updating both Joomla! and RSFirewall! to the latest revisions (Joomla! 1.6.3, respective RSFirewall! rev. 25).
