I bought RSForm Pro today.

I have a SQL database table with 110000 entries that I want to import into RSForm!Pro. Each row of my table contains a submission.

Your database structure manages the individual fields of a submission record vertically (per field, one row) and also distributes the data across at least two tables (*_rsform_submissions, *_rsform_submission_values) if I have not overseen anything. This makes the import of 110000 data records very complicated.

I have a total of three...

I have a form textarea field with the name "Key Notes", this accidentally has a double space. I only noticed it as it doesn't work when you put {Key Notes:caption}: {Key Notes:value} in a User or Admin email. Every other field is fine. So I changed the field name to single space "Key Notes", but the existing records don't show up in resent emails or in the directory details.

I expect I have to edit my database with my phpmyadmin. I could probably fumble my way into it, but if someone...

Hallo,

I am so glad I discovered this thread before committing to purchasing RSMembers. A database that does not do simple import and export is not a database. Thank you for this discussion.

Having been a very happy RSForm Pro user since it was first launched I was gutted to find that the best features of RSForm Pro are being shut down by web host provider, Xilo. I moved away from Xilo some years ago but recently returned in the hope that their customer service might have improved. After importing a number of web sites to Xilo I noticed that my forms were not working. I am now getting 403 errors on just about every form.

I understand that Xilo and other host providers must protect...

If you are trying to import and getting this error, "Warning
DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (dd-mm-jjjj) at position 0 (d): The timezone could not be found in the database"

Instead of changing the way the date is formatted in your CSV about a hundred times, try removing the headers in your CSV file.

Because... I don't know why I didn't do that first.

Hi,

I am using RSForm Pro since 2008. Now I have to make a complete new Joomla installation because of major problems since update to Joomla 3.8.4. For the moment I only have a local installation because the online version is still running.

Now I tried to create new contact forms but I cannot get along - even after I have read the tutorial. Probably a problem because my mother language is German.

I tried to import the two needed forms from my old installation but this is impossible - I get an...

Hello,
I am looking for an online membership solution for managing the membership of our large running club (over 2000 members). I am wondering if RS Membership would work.
- Would we be able to import data from our existing access database via CSv file or similar (I have had a look at the administrator demo and can;t see a way of doing this)?
- We need to apply 2 sets of age group rules to the members (e.g. assign an age category based on the their age on 31/08/2018 such as Under 13, Under 15,...

I am trying to import to RSEvents Pro using the Import from Ohanah (v 2.0.4) feature in RSEvents Pro, and I am getting an error. The Import from Ohanah button is green but when I click it, I get " 1054 Unknown column 'date' in 'field list' ". I have Fixed the database, reinstalled core files, and fixed the database again, to no avail.

I cannot find any information on this issue, either here in this forum or elsewhere online.

What is the real issue, and how can I fix this?

Hopefully they will respomnd soon

This is the ticket request

Hi !
Please inform about the state regarding the upcoming GDPR compliance of Your components.

You already provided a tool to remove submission done by RSForm, but thats not a real solution.

What about RSEvents Pro? Purchasing tickets needs many personal data!

Please answer this ticket in...

This is a NO-CODER explanation (from a no-coder one person) if your are a experience one, search around cause here I'm going to be as much detailed as i can for dummy's like me!

My case was:
Create a user name field with the joint of two field form, to fill a new field, from two form fields filled, with a special caracter (-) dividing the two captured field forms data.
Apart, the JS would have to do the trick of join two field into one, will be ran only if the user select to create the...

I'm trying to create a SHO GET link with data collected from a RS Form. Can you tell me how this can be done?

I need to create a link like this example:

http://.......
Account+Number=3477897484&firstname=John&lastname=Smith&address1=1060+Addison+St.&address2=&city=Chicago&state=IL&zip=60613&amountdue=0.00

First I need to know where to do this? Is it on the PHP Script tab, and in the "Script called on form process"

And how is the data indexed to insert in the html link?

And lastly and...

For quite some time I have been looking for a good way to validate the tickets at the entry of my events. I find the offered solution by RSjoomla (no offence) insufficient.

By using the codeREADr system, you can easily scan barcodes with your mobile phone. It works with the RSevents barcodes and many more.

They say they are the: Best-in-Class iOS and Android OS barcode scanners and AIDC tools since 2008.

I've looked around and I think this is the best way to have an easy ticket validation...

I have a client who has a Joomla 3.6.5 site with a searchable database of service providers, which are really just RSForm Pro Submissions. I need to find a reliable developer to help build a method of importing a CSV file into this database. I've been told that it might be possible to use an RSForm Pro form to upload the file and to include scripting in the form which will parse the file data and add it to the database.

It gets complicated because of the way that RSForm Pro structures the...
