Ep. 28 - Introducing RSTickets!Pro - Joomla! Professional Help Desk - frontend presentation

This episode presents the most important frontend features included in the RSTickets!Pro component.

Public users

  1. 1. Public users can submit tickets, without beeing registered. WYSIWYG Editor included.

 

Registered users:

    Based on their permissions, registered users/ customers are allowed to:
  1. 1. close / reopen tickets
  2. 2. rate support answers
  3. 3. print tickets
  4. 4. access the knowledgebase articles

 

Staff members:

    Based on their permissions, the staff members are allowed to:
  1. 1. filter tickets based on predefined searches.
  2. 2. manage searches
  3. 3. view ticket history, add and view internal notes
  4. 4. use the knwoledgebase to answer tickets
  5. 5. close or reopen tickets
  6. 6. attach a signature to answers
  7. 7. edit ticket information: change department, status, priority, staff member and customer
