Hello,

In order to allow users to upload files from the front-end you will first need to create new sub-folder for your configured download folder, please note that users will not be able to upload files directly in your main download folder. You will then have to set the folder permissions from Components > RSFiles > Files > edit your folder > Permissions. If you plan to allow any user to upload files just set all 3 permissions to "- Everybody -". After your folder is created and configured...

for instance i'm struggling to properly comprehend the meaning of the crawler level... how are levels designated, how deep should i set it to crawl etc.

If I may help, maybe, what I did initially on a dev site of the site I am using it for was to do a crawl at level 10, then I had a look at what was in level 10, 9 , 8 and so on. I ended up stopping at level 3 for my needs as that was more than sufficient for what I needed.

I'm not 100% sure but it seems as though it goes;

Hi Everybody
I translated the fr-FR.com_rsseo.ini file into French, but I can't find how to translate the sub-menu items of RSSEO in Joomla backend (SEO performance, Pages, Redirects, etc...)
Thanks you for your help!

I'm looking for a similar answer - I'm attempting to do two different things in the same form:

1) Copy Billing Address to Shipping Address
Using a radio Yes / No I want to have the option to copy the Billing Address fields to the appropriate Shipping Address fields.

For example:
billingaddress1
billingaddress2
billingcity
billingstate
billingzip

When radio = Yes, Billing information copies to:
shippingaddress1
shippingaddress2
shippingcity
shippingstate
shippingzip

2) Hidden Field Pop-ups...

I use sef404 and it seems to work ok, until you try to view a ticket. It then loads the ticket under the home page, like it is opening it up under the home menu item.

The items that are listed under the menus load onto their own pages like they should, but not the tickets themselves.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

Please make sure that the Event List menu item is correctly added on your site, as from what I can see it has no Item Id associated with it when it is selected.

Hello,

1) You can change the word "Subscribe" to "Purchase Ticket" from the language file of RSEvents!, \language\en-GB\en-GB.com_rsevents.ini.

2) You can set the option "Allow event registration cancelation:" to No from RSEvents! > Groups > select a group of your choice and the users from the respective group will not be able to unsubscribe.

Is it possible to make the following changes:

1. Change the word "Subscribe" to "Purchase Ticket".
2. Delete the menu item "Unsubscribe". We do not provide refunds, therefore there is no cancellation possible.

Hello,

Please note that this was the way RSfiles! was designed. Once you purchase a license you will have full access to the source code and you will be able to change it according to your needs.

At the moment there is only one menu item available for RSfiles! that lists all your files that are available for download. We will add more menu items in our future revisions of RSfiles!.

As for the big files issue, the download process is acutally managed by your browser (or other download...

Hello,

You can edit the emails that are being sent to your users from Components > RSMembership! > Memberships > select your membership > Subscriber's Email. Just add the link to your membership folder in the email message. You can create a new menu item for your memberships by going to Menus > Main Menu > New > RSMembership! > My Memberships > Show Subscriber's Memberships and sent the link for that menu item in your email.

I have added RSTicket to a menu item. When testing the system as a user I click the links received in email "Customer Support" and "My Tickets" and it opens RSTicket under the "Home" menu item. I really need it to open it up under "Support" b/c this is the only place I have put the customer login
why is it working this way and how can i fix it?

Would like to see an extra item on the admin RSFORM List Module menu edit page below Row Layout that would let you enter the Group By or Order By fields you want to specify and then a radio button to choose ASC or DESC options.

This would give a more flexible way to do this than to hack the PHP code and have to constantly go back each time you need to adjust things, or if the RSFORM module is updated.

Using RSFORM Pro for only one item and form it isn't as big a hassle to hack the PHP, but...

Hi

RS SEO uses Publish and Unpublish on its menu items.

I believe that this is meant to determine whether or not the URL is inlcuded in RS SEO site maps and page assessment.

If this is correct then you should change these labels, as they are easily confused with Artilce Publish and Unpublish. Include and Ignore would be better options.

Please let me know if my assumptions are incorrect :)

when i enter an email address there then i get forwarded to error.php

this thing happens with groups link too

but rest of the links work fine

the problem MAYBE that (i will copy paste the explanation on chat)

joomla works with menu links
without SEF enables, we can see the menu URLs
8:13 PM index.php?view=article&id=64&itemid=72
id is the id of the article
itemid is the id of the menu link...

Hi,

I understand that you have to limit customer support so I suggest to move out the forum menu item from the "Customer support" menu item because it does not belong here. We should at least get a yes or no response and not a copy paste one :-)
