Still strugling a bit with it, but the main thing works.

did not quit get what you ment with the checked part. But I'll try to figure that out.

right now I got 3 things.

- Transportation (hidden)
- Bus O (Ma~Thu)
- Train O (Fri~Sun)

All have the same ID.
So Guessing I need to change the ID of the \"transportation\" text.
and add something at Additional Attr. That something is the check...

and again - if i had only looked for a little longer:

If it apears to hang when you have created a submit button and you are editing it all you need to do is hit save button in the menu bar (so it apears to do nothing / hang) then hit the 'submit' button in preview window to the right of the control panel - it seems that (firefox) takes this as the real submit button.

done.

All you have to do is make sure you are using the link provided by the component. Each form has it's own link, listed in the Forms Manager screen. It's called Link and it looks something like this: index.php?option=com_forme&fid=1.

simply go to the menu you wish to link to your new form via:

>Menu > Your Menu Title

Add a new menu item as Link - URL then copy and paste the url into the field provided ensure everything is published and the menu module is situated in a published module.

Its that simple folks.

No, i choosed that way of adding it because you could have multiple forms created, and if you select Component from the Menu link, and point it to Forme, it won't know which form to display.

Thanks, that worked. My first attempt was a menu item that pointed to the component. Now I have used a menu link to a URL it seems OK.

In general, is that the way to go with components?
