In working on a new 1.7 site I was repeatedly being randomly logged out of the admin when editing/saving articles and menu items. After trying other things, I disabled RSFirewall and the logouts stopped.

Hello,

I would like to hide the RSForms Pro component from certain back-end user groups but unlike other components, there is no Options menu available where I can set permissions.

Is there a way to easily hide the component from defined user groups without resorting to a hack?

Many thanks...

Sorry for answer so late.
The point is, the link is correct but only works if a menu link exist. If i deactivate the menu link then the link in the text link doesn't work anymore.
So if i only wanted link to a form in a text, i can't do it.
I can give you a guest account for my site, its still in progress: www.zoominmuebles.com.ar/index.php?optio...iew=rsform&Itemid=55

Thanks, Michael

The listing order can be controlled via the RSEvents! menu item (RSEvents! > List events).

Hi
I am having the same problem.
Your solution looks good although you mention :-

"click on the "form id" in the "Form Edit" tab"

I dont have a "Form Edit" tab and the only place I can see the "form id" is under 'manage forms' and it isnt clickable.

Could you please let me know how to get there from the components menu.
IE, components/rsform/manageforms/.....

Thanks in advance this would really make my day.

Hello,

The RSS Feed option is found in the menu/toolbar of the browser that you are using.

Hello,

Unfortunately this cannot be achieved in the current version of RSBlog! as only one author can be selected in order to have his posts displayed.

When I try to install the RSForms Pro component, I get a message saying that the installation is successful, but there's an error building the admin menus, and it isn't listed in the drop-down list under Components. This is on a 1.7.0 system on my laptop. How do I get this to install correctly?

Greetings, I am wondering if RSF Pro has the ability to create something my company needs.
Basically we need our clients to be able to log on to our site, choose a reporting month from a pull down menu, then choose a specific type form from another pull down menu, and then that will load an Excel-like spreadsheet that performs very basic calculations, and then a submit button that sends that data to us and the client.

I have created a basic PowerPoint presentation to better explain what I am...

Hello,

This can be achieved with the help of the mod_rsformlist module or the "View submissions" menu item. You can read more about the module here:

www.rsjoomla.com/customer-support/docume...4-modrsformlist.html

You can read more about the "View submissions" menu item here:

Hi there,

I'm using the Blog View Menu Item Type to show posts from an author. However, the author has 2 usernames on the site. How can I set up the menu item to select more than one author, as you can with the "List by tags" and "List by categories" options.

Thanks!

Why not duplicate the form, remove the captcha and create a menu item that is visible only to registered users. To make sure they get the one without captcha, use the form URL as the destination URL following login. Just a thought.

When you turn on "Invite People" from the Settings, an "Invite People" shows up in the Guest Menu. However, if the event is a Private one, this option should be off from the Guest Menu as the invitee should not invite other unwanted people to a Private Event.

Is there a way to disable this Invite People ONLY for Private Evcents and leave it on for Public Events?

In fact this Invite People should be set for EACH event and it should not be a global setting that applies to ALL events.
