In the back-end go to Components > RSForm!Pro > Manage Forms.
You will get to see a list of available forms. Click on 'Remove from backend menu' in the column named 'Tools'.

Hello,
I have the same problem. I added a form to the backend menu, and after having clicked "Remove from backend menu" the form still shows under the Components menu in the backend.
I'm using Joomla 3.4.1.
Any tips on how to remove the form from the backend?
Thanks, John.

I've added 3 such menus and under "Tools" there option still reads "Add to backend menu" for these 3 (instead of remove).

There is an update to RS Form Pro (1.50.26) and if/when I try to install it it fails, I think due to these menu items. I was forced to restore my site from backup.

Can someone please help with removing these backed menu items?

Make a copy of the form and remove after that the original form.
Rename the copy form to the original fromname, means remove the word copy from the name and update the modules and plugins to point to the new form id

Works for me :-)
