I can safely say I've been all over the web looking for an answer to this to no avail.

Does any know how (of if it's possible) to import data from delimited file or CSV into the RSForm submissions? Basically I have a client list with many specific fields that I need to import into the submissions so that I can use the other plugins to search / update this information.

I've tried the phpmyadmin option with little success.

in my website I have 7 form and unfortunately only one of these, however, because before 24.12.2013 from working properly, it gives me problems when exporting data to Excel.

After downloading, open the file I get an error message. Wishing still open, the file contains an infinite number of ascii codes and therefore unreadable.

I also tried to save the data in CSV and in this case importing them into Excel I see everything perfectly except that I part from line 501. All previous (last)...

I am basically looking for a running log of front end submission edits with an auto generated timestamp; similar to the DateSubmitted that gets logged on initial form submissions. When a change to a field is made on the front end, that edit should be logged with a timestamp so there is some sort of record of what field was edited and the date/time it was changed.

When you have a few users collaborating with the same data this becomes a very important feature to have for auditing...

My directory will consist of text blocks, photos and contact information. What I want to do is split the presentation of the this into tabs i.e. the same as the edit entry screen which for the vehicle demo which is split into:

Tab1 = Important Data
Tab2 = Further Technical Data
Tab3 = Feature Sets

I would like to know how to add custom form fields added with RS Form!pro to the
Administrator´s options->Subscribers List.

Standard output is:
Subscribers name (payment gateway),subscription date,email and ip-adress

I would like to add some addtional form fields from my custom rs-form pro event registration form, like "Remark" and some added hidden fields with Events-Component content like {TicketsTotal},{EventStartDateOnly}.

I spend many time to analyse the php code in...

I recently purchased RSEvents Pro specifically for this Facebook event synch feature.
I installed and configured the component and followed the instructions on the settings/synchronisation tab.
I was directed to the Facebook connect page which would allow rsevents pro access to all of my data, however after being redirected back to my website I clicked synchronise but no events were imported.

It appears that something is either broken or not configured correctly.

To simplify this, I would like to set the default value of the hidden field as the value of a variable as declared in php script panel.

For example: In php script panel, I have a variable $datatest="123123"; and would like to set the hidden field value named: hdata to be exactly the same as $datatest value and most IMPORTANTLY, when the form is processing or during the time while sending the data, I want the value of the hidden field to show up while posting the form.

I was so excited last night when I was able to import my forms and submissions from a 1.5 site into a 2.5 site. But, in testing the new site today I see that the only submissions that show up in the submissions directory and submissions layout are those that I've input while testing the forms. The data is in the back end. How do I get it to show up in the front end? Many thanks for any assistance.

I have a question regarding the visibility of all created fields on the subscriber lists
At the moment only e-mail is listed there even more fields are created and successfully imported.
I cannot find a way to list all this fields on the subscriber lists.
Actually, how you can see what you have in the database under other fields (except email)

It worked fine for me, but take a file and database backup before you start. If you have a test site with both versions installed, its useful to use it as test first.

After you have installed the PRO-version on your site, you just have to click at "Import"

I am currently trying to build a form that takes user input, translates it to xml format and then emails it to a mailbox where an email listener picks it up and imports it into a database.

I am stuck on getting the inputed data exported into xml format. I can do each step manually but I'm looking for a way to have the entire User hits Submit > inputed data exported to xml > Email with xml content sent, all happen automatically.

Does anyone know a way to do this or am I stuck with the manual xml conversion step?

....BUT, there is something important missing : the Reference Number (barcodetext) linked to the Barcode is not included in the Database of subscribers and that's the whole purpose of having this barcodetext !

Indeed, you have to know that Event Organizers will export the Subscribers database in an Excel File with columns and the most important Column is the Reference n° (barcodetext) they link with Optic scanners.

So please dear RS team, just add this column "barcodetext"...

Here is my problem. I have linked RSEvent with RSForm to have the full system online that allows people to register to my Event and receive a confirmation mail with PDF containing a BARCODE.

My problem is that in order to have RSEvent work with RSForm, i have to put RSEvent Component fields in my RSForm which are "Name" and "Email".

The fact is that "Name" means First Name + Last Name and it pushes the people to put e.g.: "John Kerry" in the same box so in my subscribers list, i can't...

I found a problem with one of my forms that I can't find how to fix it.

In first place it is important to explain that the form is running ok in normal circumstances. Normal circumstances are when the user fill all fields and submit the form, and it goes to "thanks page".

So, where is the problem? The problem comes when, for some reason, the user forgot to fill one or more mandatory fields and press the "Send" (submit) button. This of course refresh the current form giving the error...
