Not quite right. RSForms 3.0 works with cache enabled as long as a form is assigned to a menu. Cache is an issue with the content plugin.

Hello,

Well, the Submissions Directory menu item that allows users to edit their submissions only affects the information from the component specific database tables, for your described scenario you will need to use a custom script that will also update the correct article when the user edits his submission.

In order to do this you can use the Scripting area available for emails, PHP Email Scripts. In order for this to be triggered you will need to also have an email notification configured...

Hey all, I wonder if anyone else has come across this. I have the Helix Ultimate template, which has built in social media icons. Throughout the website they work perfectly, only visible in the header, but when I open up a link to RSTickets Pro or the knowledgebase, the icons instead display as though the image is missing, replaced with a white square only. I am fairly sure it has something to do with Font Awesome, because for the hamburger menu when I set it to use Font Awesome it too does...

Helo! I'm using Joomla 3.9.26 and I have a page with lot of text on the top, and at the botom there is a module with a multi page RSForm form. This page is linked to the Main Menu, so if you click the item on the Main Menu, you should go to this page. This works fine.

My problem is that the page loads just by the RSFom module, in the middle of the page, not at the begining of the page. I've made some test and I think the problem it's related to "multi page form", becouse if I use a "one page"...

Hello,

I found the solution myself.
In the module you have to give an ItemId where the search-results can be displayed. I have given the ID of the menu from the page with the rssearch. And then the results are shown correct.

I have created a form which works perfectly in preview or if attached to a menuitem, but if the form is shown with mod_rsform the submission is not working and after pressing the submit button one is being redirected to the frontpage of the website - this module seems a bit buggy or am I missing something here ??

Hi,

is there a way to set a textbox (plus other fields, of course) into ONE default form and, depends of the name of the textbox field (the one i mention before) put the data into different preset tables ?
For example:
i have a mysql db with 3 different tables: A / B / C and i have one single form with a textbox (or dropdown menu) and some other fields.
Is there a way to direct all the data of the form into the table ( A / B or C) that i setup into the first textbox ?

In this way i can create...

Create an article for your redirect to show the if you don't have it already a hidden menu. Create a new menu item of a single article and use your new article from the first step - click save. Now copy the link (highlight Crtl-C), it'll look something like this
index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=918

If you now go to your form/properties/form info paste this into the return URL field in the Submissions section. That should do it

Hello,

For this scenario you will require quite a bit of custom scripting. Instead of the Submissions directory listing you can use the Submissions view menu item:
www.rsjoomla.com/support/documentation/r...-view-menu-item.html

You can use this to create a link back to your form that will allow you to edit a particular submission, similar to the following example:...

Hello,

The category image is only available through the Events menu item, after a user clicks on a category from the listing (the listing will then display events from the category including the category image shown on top). You'll also have to enable the "Show category image" option from the Events menu item settings.

Hello,

The first thing you should try is to match the form's layout against your template framework. More precisely, please navigate to backend > Components > RSForm!Pro > Manage Forms > your form > Properties > Form Layout > Choose a layout that matches your template. If you're using cache, clear your Joomla! installation cache and check this once more (it may also be required that you properly refresh your form's page in the frontend area using CTRL+F5).

Next, by disabling the "Load Layout...

Hello,

Would having the user sign the initial submission not be enough? RSForm!Pro provides a Digital Signature plugin that can help with this:
www.rsjoomla.com/support/documentation/r...ignature-plugin.html

You do not need an extra plugin in order to edit submissions in the front-end, this is done through the RSForm!Pro Submissions Directory menu item:...
