I am currently using the try out version and if I can't do something like this I don't want to buy it, so I was wondering if it is possible to take a the form I made and put it beside the text in my article? I basically want to have a form that people fill out on the left or right side of a Menu (my article)

Thank You,

Dup3

I have had a few complaints from individuals who have tried to enter promotions on our website and are unable to because they keep getting the error : this is not a valid email address : when they try to use their earthlink email address.

After they hit the submit button the form automatically inserts <x> in between the i and the n of the word "link" in the actual email address for some odd reason... Can anyone tell me what I can do to resolve this please?

Thanks!

Are there any issues known why I can't select FormID in MenuItem?
Version com_rsform_pro1.2.0-for-joomla1.5.x.r22

Editing the MySQL table manually works fine, so maybe it's just a mini-bug.

I'm interested in seeing an answer to this question. I'd like to hide the Priority menu from non staff users but can't work out which file I would need to edit, and probably which lines I;d need to comment out.

Please could you advise?

I have 2 forms I have created and they each use CAPTCHA and drop down menus to select specific names. I also have a security question set up on each form. When a user clicks SUBMIT the page refreshes and you have to put the stuff in all over. On the second time you complete the form and click SUBMIT I get the thank you page and an email confirmation. Does anyone have any idea why I have to do this twice?

I would like to use a drop-down menu with different names and depending on which name the form-user chooses the mail should be forwarded to that person. Is this possible in RSFormPro? If, how do you do it? If not, any suggestions?

Have you "Show RStickets menu" active in the general configuration?

Do the Staff Member have rights to submit tickets / see other tickets?

Does it work when you create a new menu-item in joomla for tickets ( for example -> backend -> menues -> mainmenue -> new -> RSTickets! -> Tickets)

When I logged in as Admin i have all rights without beeing a member of a staff group.

Excuse my bad english. But I hope you know what I mean ;)

Is it possible to send email to a different address according to a selected item from drop down menu. So that users could contact the closest office to them.

Hi!

Tested it on my site and I do not have your problem. So I guess it is your template style that make this problem.

Have you tested to see if it is any difference if you link the form to a menu or have the form published in a article?

Hello , try this
<a href="index.php?option=OPTION" onclick="window.open(this.href,'win2','status=no,toolbar=no,scrollbars=yes,titlebar=no,menubar=no,resizable=yes,width=640,height=480,directories=no,location=no'); return false;">TEXT</a>

Replace OPTION with your component.

Make sure your from is published. Once you are happy with the form layout - click preview. The URL that is displayed is the URL for the form. Insert a html link into any article - and paste the url for your form.

Easy one...

Thanks a lot, I actually found the answer too a bit later ;) But thanks for the answer ;)
Did you also find a "scripting" how to for rsforms pro ? I'm looking to do some calculus depending on what the user chosses in order to make an invoice and I've been looking around the forums but haven't found anything very complete, just some info here and there ;)

Example: drop down menu with 10€, 20€, 30€ or 40€ as a choice, and then a radio button with an option that adds 1€ if it is...

i resolve the problem by disable line 987.

Just add // before the script to disable it. It works just fine.
