Hi There,

I have taken a look at the very informative GDPR blog post - many thanks for that.

For registered users, It seems to be preferable to use the front end Joomla core 'edit profile' link from the menu and the 'delete my account' plugin at the bottom.

In joomla users, I have created a custom field for the consent checkbox, however I'm not able to map this to the 'RS User Registration ' fields - the custom field is not listed.

Am I missing something?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

More and more we are turning to CCKs such as SP Page Builder, Quix, Cobalt and old trusted ones like FlexiContent. I have used RSSEO for many years but now I find myself having to look elsewhere because like so many others I have outgrown the limitations of the core Joomla article manager and now use something more robust. Seems to me if extensions like RSSEO want to remain relevant they should consider supporting these other extension. At least setup the extension to work with the menu meta...

Hello

I was wondering if there is any way to apply custom PHP and Javascript to the "Submissions View" menu item you can create.

I would love to edit this form and add custom filters such as only showing the submissions where a field has the value "Pending" and so forth.

Any help/tips in the right direction would be appreciated.

Hi All,

I would like users to change their own information which is mapping to joomla users db in the frontend, Thus I have created a Submissions Directory in Menu to edit their information. However, the password cannot be mapped to the joomla db (because of the encryption?). Are there any ways for me to custom? I found that Joomla! Registration Plugin in RSform can syn the password on registration? Can I put the same function or even script to the Submission Directory (edit profile)?

Thanks a lot!

Hello, I'm having the same issue on the mobile template. I've tried the above but the logo is still really small. Also, the hamburger menu drops below the logo and white space appears below that and before the slideshow. Any ideas please?

Cheers,

Paul.

Hello,
is it possible to center the logo above the mainmenu ?

Second question: is there an easy way to give an image in the RSMediagallery some viewports ?
Or the whole gallery module?

Regards
Andy

I would like to be able to set a limit on the total number of events to be shown in the Events List component of the Menu item selection. Currently, the options allow for certain time limiting but not the total number to show. I don't want a long list to scroll down on my page and the Upcoming Events Module is not capable of showing the event information I need shown, so I'm forced to use the Component as a Menu item. If it is possible to format the Upcoming Events Module to display the same...

I figured out a solution to my problem!

Step 1 - I changed the 'libraries/src/Router/SiteRouter.php' file with the one from Joomla 3.8.3

This fixed new submission's View & Edit buttons but not the submissions made before I changed the SiteRouter.php file.
So I did the following:

Step 2 - Make a Backup of the form & the form submissions

Step 3 - Restore the form & the form submissions
  • Overwrite existing forms? Set to "No"
  • Keep IDs from backup? Set to "No"

Step 4 - Changed the menu item...

After a the latest Joomla upgrade we upgraded RSForms Pro today.

Without touching anything else, we now get the message, "Error: You are not authorized to view this page. Did you forget to set 'Enable Viewing Submissions ?' to 'Yes' from this menu item's properties?" when our users click the PDF link to the forms submitted in our job board powered by RSForms pro. Everything worked until the upgrades. I do have a backup but would like to avoid that since we're not getting to the heart of the matter.

Any ideas?

Font attributes get overriden....

ITS A DAMN MESS! ITS 22:43 on Saturday and i have to fix things. AND NOTHING IS WORKING PROPERLY!!!!

Hi,

I have been experimenting with displaying submissions in the front end.

I am experimenting today to see if I can recreate a knowledgebase using only RSForm. I don't know at this stage if this is possible and whether I should just drop this idea and find a suitable component. If I can't do it I will forget it.

What I'm trying to achieve is Users will be able to submit questions and select a category their question relates too.

In the frontend when a new user comes to the knowledgebase I...

"The form #0 does not exist or it is not published." means that the return URL is not defined properly. To find the proper url to your second form turn off the SEO. Publish the form in a menu and copy the url from your browser. that is the proper url.
