I would like to know if you can set viewing access rights for menus based on different memberships access, so a user with a basic membership who only has access control to basic features and menu items, cannot see the menu name "VIP Events"? Only VIP Members who have access to "VIP Events" can see this menus name.

Hi Vangelis:

Let me make a suggestion about (A) in your list as we've had to do something similar. Yes, you can make a form accessible only to logged in users. The simplest way is to set the menu link to your form to "restricted." That way, only logged in users can see the link to the form. Other visitors never see the link.

If you are worried that a logged in user may pass the URL of the form onto people who shouldn't access the form, the second trick is to embed the form into a normal...

Is there a way to display my subscriber list to the public via main menu? I searched all documents and the link on the demo requires a login. Can someone help?

Hello,

Unfortunately such features are not included in RSform!Pro by default, but due to its flexible nature, this can be implemented with some custom scripting.

By default, RSform!Pro includes a basic submission listing feature, via mod_rsform_list and the View Submissions menu item.

Hello,

You can upgrade an existing membership from the "View my memberships" view as well (RSMembership! menu item).

It seems the only way a member can get to the button to upgrade from one membership to another is to go to the list of the members memberships and then clicking on the membership name to see the membership details which has the dropdown of upgrades and a button to upgrade.

I would like to add a link to the joomla user menu to go directly to the upgrade page. I have only 2 memberships - a free one and a paid premium.

How can I add a link to do the upgrade without going through the My Memberships page?

Hi Tim,

Thanks for the kind response. Looking over the script, it makes sense to me, and I've implemented it in the following way:

I have a checkbox field name 'FormatSelection'. It has two checkboxes:
pdf copy|Digital Copy
hard copy|Printed Copy

In the 'additional attributes' it says:

onChange=setDownloadLink();

Then, I have a hidden field named 'DownloadLink'. It has no default value.

Under 'CSS/Javascript' I've got the following code:
<script type="text/javascript">...

No...

I've download, installed and setup a fairly simple form with this excellent component. I can submit data, view it in the backend, export etc and the email notification works fine.

My question is how can I display the inputted data back to the user from the MySQL database?

Say the form allows a user to log items for a shopping list. I want to be able to display the list of submitted items from a different menu items.

Am I wandering straight into an area where I need coding experience or am I...

Hi,

I've just run into the same thing, but with a different cause.

When using a custom module position and loading it via {loadposition} in an article, the thank you and return URL did not work.

When I called the form directly via a menu link, worked perfectly.

Hope it helps someone.

Hello,

I just linked my form in the main menu by creating a new item / internal / rsform and put the correct Id.

The link is correct but I want to show the Page Title on my page with the advanced parameters of the item menu. I put it on Yes and write "Contact" but nothing appears in my page.

Firebug indicates that the page title is not called on the page.

Any idea ?

Thanks

Seeing as I am not a programmer, I am having a hard time figuring out how in a drop down menu to get people to jump to a new URL by selecting a location.

See here: mainstreetfamily.com/index.php?option=com_rsform&formId=3

I would like to have people select a geographic location and upon submit, they will be taken to the web site designated. In a new window/tab preferably.

I am sure this is a simple script for a programmer, but I cannot find help on this anywhere. Thanks!
