Hi there,
Is there any way possible to remove the Subject field or to change it to a drop down menu? :dry:
The administrator has disabled public write access.

The subject holds a special place for any support ticketing system... but if this is a must... it can be adjusted from the components/com_rsticketspro/views/default.php
