Hello,

I'm assuming you're referring to the Submissions Directory menu item. What exactly doesn't work?

It shouldn't matter if it's set as your homepage or not, this will act as any other menu item. Besides ensuring you've properly setup your form's directory, it's possible you're using a template that can hide the homepage content section (for example, our templates offer such an option "Hide Homepage Content").

Is there a trick to displaying the menu directory view on the front end home page? I tried setting it as default home page but it doesn't work.
Thanks!

Hello,

The Service Account ID is an email address, which has been already generated when you've firstly created the .p12 file. You can take these steps to check/set the needed email address:

- access:

console.developers.google.com

- then access your project.

- top left navigation menu (3 horizontal bars icon) > IAM & admin > Service accounts. Or simply type "Service Accounts" in the top search bar.

- you can then view the full email address under "Email" column.

Sadly, the answer seems to be, nothing. :(

I've been using RSMediaGallery for over 10 years. Don't get me wrong, this is one of the best photo gallery software packages. But, paying the subscription year after year, what are we getting? There have been no real changes in the last 5 years! :(

A look at the changelog shows numerous fixes, only a handful of minor updates to existing features and since Jan. 2015 there have been only 2 minor additions! Take a look:...

Problem is solved,
There is a option within the "Home Menu Button", where page labels could be set or not.
Setting it to "no" solved my problem.

Hi there,
we are using RSFORM! to get some data from users. We have also created a Submissions-Directory Menu button in order to view all the submitted entries in the frontend and give the users the option to edit their data.
My question has 3 parts:
1. Is it possible to select certain fields to be shown from the directory depending on the user group (e.g. if the user is already registered we want all the info to be shown; if he/she is a simple visitor we want only certain fields to be shown)?

I have a Feedback menu item (main Nav) that displays the Feedback List as well as other Feedback modules. (categories list etc) on the page.
I'm also using the RSfeedbackButton module which is displayed on every page on my site and configured to also show the Feedback list when clicked.

The problem I have is that the feedback button uses component URL (site.com/component/rsfeedback/feedbacks?limit=5) and doesn't follow the menu URL (site.com/feedback)

This means that users get 2 different...

I don't think you'd need multiple calendars on one side, since you can define the categories that should be shown on every menu item.

So you can install the component one time and have all the events in there but show only a part of it by each link.

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to automate attachment deletion?

Currently, the only solution I have figured out is to go via SFTP to RSForms directly and delete files manually. That is not ideal.
Deleting submissions from Rsforms menu in Joomla backend doesn't work either. While entries are deleted, actual files are kept on the server.

Am I missing some setting, or what is the ideal solution?

Ideally, I would like files to be deleted within 5-10 days since the submission date.

Thank you and I look forward to some replies.

If you're using cache, clear your Joomla! installation cache afterwards, though it may also be required that you properly refresh the page in the frontend area using CTRL+F5.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

I knew it had to be in there somewhere and I must...

Hello,

A Deletion Email is available, though note that this is setup from the form itself in the backend area > Components > RSForm!Pro > Manage Forms > your form > Properties > Deletion Email. This particular email is designed to trigger when a submission is deleted from the frontend, regardless if done through the Submissions Directory menu item or using the {global:deletion} placeholder.
