Hello !

How to configure a staff member that can view tickets of all departments but are never assigned to ticket when automatic ticket assignment type is ON.

Basically I want to have just one person in each department that receive the tickets and is assigned automatically and to be an admin that can view all.

The functionality described is not available in the current version of RSTickets!Pro. However, as a workaround you can follow these steps to achieve your scenario.

Create a new priority - we call it "Admin" (Components -> RSTickets!Pro -> Priorities) and make it Unpublished (so it doesn't show up in the front-end)

Head over to Components -> RSTickets!Pro -> Staff members - Edit the member (the admin) and change the "Priority" dropdown field to the "Admin" priority.

Due to the fact that in the front end that particular priority will not be displayed (it's unpublished), the customers will not be able to select it, thus no tickets will get auto-assigned to the admin.

Please keep in mind that this is a temporary solution (in later updates this may not work)
