Long Time Listener, First Time Caller.

I am wondering if there is an easy way to add a few moderation buttons or options after a form is submitted. ie.... USer completes form showing incident. Moderator sees submission and based on his knowledge he then can select open or closed or assigned. as a moderation after.

Thank you

Hello,

You can try the following setup:

- add a dropdown in your form with your desired options and hide its container from display using CSS.

- use the Submissions Directory menu item to display a frontend listing of your submissions where you can allow editing capabilities for your moderators. Unless you allow them backend access where they can directly modify submission data from the Manage Submissions section.

- if you want the user itself to view their current "status" (dropdown option), you can add a Submissions View menu item to display this information for them (the menu item can be set to automatically display submissions according to the logged-in user).
This is not official customer support. To receive your support, submit a support ticket here.
