Reviews

RSBooking! allows your registered users to post reviews for your properties. This would be available for user groups with sufficient permissions. See this article for further details. Now, depending on who exactly you want to post reviews for your properties, you will need to edit your Category and check the the 'Who can review' option. If this is set to 'Users who booked', then other logged in users who didn't actually booked a service from this category won't be able to submit reviews, event if they do have this permission.

Important! Guest users cannot submit reviews! This is available only for logged in users!


List of available reviews
  • Status: Indicates whether the review is published (active) or unpublished (inactive).
  • Name: The name of the user who submitted the review.
  • Property: The name of the reviewed property.
  • Date added: The date when the review was submitted.
  • ID: The unique identifier assigned to the review. This is used internally and cannot be changed.

General Tab
  • Name: The name of the user who submitted the review.
  • Email: The email of the user who submitted the review.
  • Subject: The review subject.
  • Review: the review message.
  • General rating: the star rating received with the review.
  • Status: Indicates whether the review is published (active) or unpublished (inactive).
  • User: Indicates the username who posted the review.
  • User IP: Indicates the IP of the user who posted the review.
  • Date added: The date when the review was submitted.
  • ID: The unique identifier assigned to the review. This is used internally and cannot be changed.
