Groups
List of available Groups
- Name: The name of the RSBooking! Group.
- ID: The unique identifier assigned to the RSBooking! group. This is used internally and cannot be changed.
General tab
- Name: The name of the group.
- Joomla! Groups: The Joomla! user groups that will be assigned the permissions listed below.
- Joomla! Users: The users who will inherit the permissions listed below.
Important! - The Public and Guest groups are restricted. Users from these groups can browse through the frontend properties, but they can't book, view bookings or submit property reviews / reports.
Bookings
- Can view all bookings: Yes / No. Allows users to view all bookings in the system.
- Can edit all bookings: Yes / No. Allows users to edit any booking.
- Can change booking status: Yes / No. Allows users to update the status of bookings. (Available only when "Can edit all bookings" is enabled)
- Can delete all bookings: Yes / No. Allows users to delete any booking.
- Can approve bookings: Yes / No. Allows users to approve or confirm bookings.
- Can edit own bookings: Yes / No. Allows users to edit only their own bookings.
- Can delete own bookings: Yes / No. Allows users to delete only their own bookings.
- Use captcha: Yes / No. Enables CAPTCHA validation for booking actions. (Set from the Configuration area)
Reviews
- Can view reviews: Yes / No. Allows users to view submitted reviews.
- Can delete reviews: Yes / No. Allows users to delete any review.
- Can submit reviews: Yes / No. Allows users to submit new reviews.
- Can approve reviews: Yes / No. Allows users to approve or moderate reviews.
- Use captcha: Yes / No. Enables CAPTCHA validation when submitting reviews. (Set from the Configuration area)
Reports
- Can view reports: Yes / No. Allows users to view reports.
- Can delete reports: Yes / No. Allows users to delete reports.
- Can submit reports: Yes / No. Allows users to submit new reports.
- Use captcha: Yes / No. Enables CAPTCHA validation when submitting reports. (Set from the Configuration area)
