Reports
RSBooking! allows your visitors (registered users or guest users) to submit reports for your properties. This would be available for user groups with sufficient permissions. See this article for further details. You will also need to edit your Category and check the the 'Report' option. If this is set to 'No', then users won't be able to submit reports, event if they do have this permission.
List of available Reports
- Name: The name of the user who submitted the report.
- Property: The name of the reported property.
- Date added: The date when the report was submitted.
- ID: The unique identifier assigned to the report. This is used internally and cannot be changed.
General Tab
- Name: The name of the user who submitted the report.
- Email: The email of the user who submitted the report.
- Report: the report message.
- User: Indicates the username who posted the report.
- User IP: Indicates the IP of the user who posted the report.
- Date added: The date when the report was submitted.
