Switching to RSEventsPro
Hello, I'm currently using Joomdonation Events booking but I'd like to switch to RS. I've some questions to ask before switching.

What I'd need are these features

1 - My events are public but the registration is only for registered members
2 - I need some custom fields for each event (not every event but often)
3 - Each member registering to an event need to see the others participants but the public must not see the list.
4 - I've to manage single booking or group booking (2 or more than 2...

PayPal intégration per days
Hello,

We have a registration Form into many rooms, the price is per night. So we have two choices,

1- We can create an input text to let the client type the number of days and we should prepare a calculate formula (50$ per night x 3 = 150$)

2- Or we create a two calendar then the client chooses date of begin and the end date, then we calculate numbers of days then the price.

Any idea how to do this?

Make the calendar week start on Monday?
Hello,

This can be configured directly from the 'Events calendar' menu item. When editing the menu item, please set the 'Start day' option to 'Sunday'. You can read more on this topic here:

ok i figure it out. here is how for anybody who might have the same problem.

you need to have a **.php file inside your /components/com_forme/languages/ directory (where ** = language initial ex. EN, DE, FR etc...)

if you haven't one for the language you plan to translate, just copy on of the existed and rename it to the initials you want.

Also, you have to go to your /components/com_forme/calendar/ and modify the initcal.php.

You should copy the default code part as follows:
if ($lang ==...
...

Hi,

I have this form of a client and he wanted me to translate his website, and gave me his access codes, admin and ftp (he made the website in another company)

When i translate the form he has, i saw that the calendar fields weren't displayed, when in the other languages the website has, they appear normally.

Anyone knows what is wrong?

Just installed and began working with RSEvents Pro and wanted to offer some feedback. I've used RsEvents on two sites now, this is the third. I've been impressed with it's design flexibility, one, and two, RSJoomla has one of the best support departments I've ever worked with.

The current calendar I'm working on will pull events form the other two RsEvents Calendars I created. The export and import features in this regard are totally awesome. :-)

But what happend to the theme feature of...

Show Even Icon in calendar View
I am trying to show the event icon in the calendar view (the thumbnail). I tried to use the same code from other views. However, it is just defaulting to the blank image. Any thoughts?

How do I do this RS EventsPRO? I am trying to do the same thing and the file structure is different.

I just want to call the event icon in the calendar cell view.

how to add RSevents module


hello;

I have installed RSevents. The dashboard is accessible from the joomla backend Components list. Now i would like to add a RSevents calendar to my sidebar (ie, a module), but I do not have any RSevents modules listed in my Module Manager.

any thoughts please.

Hack attempt using unblockable bogus IP address

How to not display weekends on calendar ?
Hi

I use RsEvents for planning trainings. So week-ends are not needed for the calendar view and I can have more place for my events titles without week-ends cells.

And if I planned a training on 5 days : Thursday, Friday and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, the event is displayed in Saturday and Sunday too.

So is somebody know a way to not display week-ends in the calendar ?
