We sell "car rides" and I'm trying to find a solution that will allow the purchaser to buy and print a PDF ticket customized for them specifically then bring it to our facility and present the PDF to receive their car ride of their choice. WE like the ability to use Authorize.net although prefer QuickBooks Integration but that's fine, also the PDF creator and Barcode are great features.

RS Events seems to have what we need but what we sell doesn't need a "date". Is this the right product? or is there something else you recommend?

Having an event start and end date plays an important role in RSEvents!Pro's functionality and this requirement cannot be avoided. If you really need to exclude this functionality, then RSEvents!Pro is not appropriate for your needs.

RSForm!Pro, our custom form builder, would be better suited for your described scenario. It offers the possibility to add the submitted information to a PDF file that can be attached to the User/Admin emails or downloaded directly via a download link that can be placed within the form's 'Thank You' message.
