Hi,

we use joomla 1.5 and RS Tickets Pro. Now we want to relaunch the website with the new joomla 3.x version and with the new RS Tickets Pro for 3.x.

It is possible to import the tickets from the old system to the new one?

RSTickets!Pro does not offer a feature specialized in migrating the component's data by export (or otherwise). The only option to migrate RSTickets!Pro from a Joomla! 1.5 website to Joomla! 3.x remains to directly transfer it's databse tables.
Please make sure you update RSTickets!Pro on the Joomla! 1.5 website to the latest revision available for Joomla! 1.5 - rev. 8.
