RSTicket Pro can send a notification email to customer on Ticket status change?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

RSTickets!Pro can be set up to send a notification to the customer when a new reply is added. Also, an email notification can be sent when the ticket enters the auto-close status (will be automatically closed after the set up number of days) and one when it's automatically closed.

Unfortunately, you cannot configure emails for other status changes.
