Hi there,

i have some odd behaviour since yesterday. Running latest RSFORM pro:

Since years i have a form running which sends an output to the Admin, to the user and to another specified adress.

Since yesterday the emails the user and to another specified adress dont get sent anymore. Im struggling to find out what happened because i didnt change anything?

Any ideas?

Hello,

User and Admin emails are just names, these can be used vice-versa; if one works so should the other. Your issue points to your particular configuration and or mailer.

From the most common, you should check and ensure that within your email configuration (regardless of which email you have configured like User, Admin or Additional email) you've specified the same FROM email address as the mailer address configured via Joomla! Global Configuration mailer settings, or in case you're using the RSForm!Pro External Mailer plugin on which you should check its mailer settings.

Some mailers won't allow sending an email on behalf of another account and if they do, various issues may arise like the email being captured as spam and so on - while the TO address should be different than the configured FROM one.

Hiho,

thank you for the quick reply! As it seems my domains got on the blacklist on all microsoft pages like hotmail live outlook etc... Got all lost emails in a bulk at one time + tons of undelivered mails because of blacklisting. i think that caused some trouble at my emailprovider. Already messaged them about the problem and hope they can get me off the blacklist asap.
