I'm using RSForm Pro, and I've entered custom values in the 'from name' and 'subject' fields of both user emails and admin emails.

These values have been saved, and can be seen in the RSform e-mail setup.

However, in the mails received at both ends both fields still display the default values "your company" and "contact"/"contact information.

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could help me to fix this issue...

Thanks in advance!

Hello Gerancos,

This can be caused by editing the User/Admin emails in a language other than the one used for the submission.

Please keep in mind that if you have a multi-language site, you will have certain fields that can be different based on the language used to submit the form (the "To" and "Subject" field being 2 of them).

If you have a multi-language site, please make sure you have the language that you are using in the frontend selected (the article below shows how to select a language from the backend form edit view) before performing any modification to the translatable fields.

For more details on multi-language forms, please refer to the follwoing article:

Regards!
Please remember that my responses aren't considered customer support, to receive customer support please submit a new customer support ticket, and we will gladly assist you.

Best Regards,
Cristian Nicolae.
