Hi team,

I have a business scenario where I have to collect multiple data for a student such as all the certifications given i.e. A one to many record relationship where user information is in joomla table (One) and additional information I am planning to capture through rsform (many).

In simple terms I want to capture multiple records for a user through rsform. This need to handle the data view also as all the added records need to be made visible on form for edit or view.

Warm Regards,
Amit Dangwal

Hello wschredl,

The user's id and user name is automatically stored by RSForm!Pro after the submissions is made.

If you would to display the username/userid in the User Email/Thank You Message, you can use the "{global:username}" or "{global:userid}" placeholders.

For more information about the available placeholders in the Email/Thank You Message, please refer to the following article:

www.rsjoomla.com/support/documentation/v...onfigure-emails.html

RSForm!Pro will allow you to search for the user's submissions in the Manage Submissions area of the backend, and in the frontend Submissions view menu item.

For more details about these 2 areas, please refer to the following articlesx

Manage Submissions - www.rsjoomla.com/support/documentation/v...age-submissions.html

Submissions View Menu Item - www.rsjoomla.com/support/documentation/v...-view-menu-item.html
Please remember that my responses aren't considered customer support, to receive customer support please submit a new customer support ticket, and we will gladly assist you.

Best Regards,
Cristian Nicolae.
