Statuses
List of available Statuses
- Status: Indicates whether the status is published (active) or unpublished (inactive).
- Name: The name of the status, used for identification.
- ID: The unique identifier assigned to the status. This is used internally and cannot be changed.
General Tab
- Name: The name assigned to the status.
- Color: The color assigned to the status.
- Status: Indicates the current status of the status (e.g., Published or Unpublished).
- ID: A unique, system-assigned identifier used internally. This value cannot be changed.
Email Tab
- Subject: The subject line of the email that will be sent.
- Mode: Choose the email format: plain text or HTML.
- Message: The body of the email. You can use placeholders to dynamically insert booking-related information.
- Placeholders: Replaceable tags that are automatically filled with relevant data when the email is sent.

Multilanguage Status Emails
For this tab to be available, navigate to: Components > RSBooking! > Configuration > General tab and set the 'Enable multilanguage' option to Yes. This will activate multilanguage fields throughout the component.
Here, based on the languages you've installed, you can provide translations for the followings:
- Name
- Subject
- Message
