May I modify modules/mod_rssocial/mod_rssocial.php using template overwrite using RSJuno!?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Please note that template overrides are made on files that render content, what you are trying to do is alter the source code of the module.

A template override example for RSSocial! (changing the default ordering of the icons) can be found in this article:
