Hello,

Please note that since revision 10 you can add a future events menu item. You can set the item parameters to display events that will occur x days from the current date, thus being able to replicate the "today" and "tomorrow" listings.

Hi

I need the following, but can't seem to make it happen with RSMail!

1) I want the user to subscribe to a newsletter on a page.. and after this to show a reciept on the website and not in an email

2) I want to be able to give the user the possibility to unsubscribe on a page .. and after this to show a reciept on the website and not in an email

I've found out, that after installing the RSForm! integration plugin, I can make a regular form with RSForm! and then use this for subscribing and...

I had the same issue. To resolve this, simply set the Item ID in the module's parameters (Extensions > Module Manager > Upcoming module > ItemId) to the desired Menu Item Id (Menus > Main Menu > ItemId) that you want the module to open under.

I am creating an online ordering menu where a user can hop on fill out their info, and what they want and then it will send the results in an email. Only thing I need to add now is something for quantity, I'm not sure what the best way to do this is.

one idea I have is to add what is checked off into a text box with a 0 beside it each time something is checked off. I'm not sure how to do this?

another is maybe add each entry to a table, what they checked on one part and a blank quantity...

Is it possible to get the menu item to display events for "Today" or "Tomorrow" rather than picking a specific date, I see the code in another post to get the module to do this - but is it possible for the menu item to too.

Thanks

Hello there. Not sure if this is a RSformPro issue - in fact, I'm sure it is not. But I do need some advice on something, I purchased the form - so here goes :)

The form is very easy to create - however, I have an issue with the URL of the form. On my joomla website I'm using SH404SEF.

Now, I have created a link to the form in the normal manner - Menu Manager>MenuName>New>RSFormPro>Form name.

So now I have a menu item for my form, the link for that item is place on the home page. However,...

Hello again,

The user automatically registers because by being logged in he is able to see if he has pending transactions (in the My Memberships menu item). Users will this way be reassured that the order has been placed and will be processed.

However, you do make a valid point. I think we should add a new setting in the RSMembership! Configuration (so you can setup if the user should be created instantly or when payment is done) - this way we can satisfy the needs of both users.

A new...

I found the code that generates the guest menu :)

It's in components/com_rsevents/helpers/rsevents.php line 308 to 318. I just put some // in front of the menu items I didn't want. Shame to have to modify the RSEvents core though. I'll need to keep a note if I do an upgrade.

For the moment I will hide the Payment Method, Tickets and Number of tickets with CSS, it should work still since PayPal is already selected, there is only one ticket type and only one ticket can be bought at a time.

I...

Question

Thanks Matt. Works just fine.
Pretty obvious to do it like this, but didn't think about it for a single minute.

Hi!

It's no problems to do this. In Jooma backend just go to Components/RSJoomla Pro and Manage forms and Preview. Click at your forms (published) link and copy the link to that page and paste it in your email.

You do not need a menu-item at all in this case.

Question

I have designed a new form (using RSform!Pro v 1.2.0) and accordingly created a menu item for it (Joomla v 1.5.10)

The form is working just fine when I have the menu with the form in it published:
www.companyname.com/index.php?option=com_rsform&Itemid=34

I however don't want the form to be directly accessible from my website. I only want to use the hyperlink of the menu with the form in it for e-mailings, which means the form is only accessible through an e-mail by clicking the...

@Vorpel85,

Matius a developer at kunena.com provided this preliminary script that might give you an idea how you can accomplish auto-submitting to a forum post. My level of php coding is limited and I really can't tell you if this will work or not hopefully you are familiar with php...
<?php

// Preparations
$db = &JFactory::getDBO();
$db->setQuery("SELECT id FROM #__menu WHERE link='index.php?option=com_kunena' AND published='1'");
$kunenaItemid = $kunena_db->loadResult();

You can visit my site. www.sandiegooutdoorguide.com I think if I list them out it will make it easier for you.

1. When I enable the add event form my drop down menu items do not work.
2. The submit button does not appear as a button at the bottom. Same goes for the search button on the event search.
3. Calendars do not pop up for date selection.
4. How can I add tooltips to explain what the paypal email address is needed for?

Same thing happened with eventlist and stupidly I thought that...

Hopefully there's an explanation or solution for this problem soon, since my customer is dying to have their site go live ASAP.

I just noticed tonight that although the start day and option to remove the "week" column can be selected when putting the calendar view as a menu item, those settings don't stick if you scroll to the next month or choose another category from the drop-down menu. These settings should stay intact no matter which view of the calendar you're seeing, I would think. What...
