Hello! I have the same question but am approaching it slightly different. I wanted to create a gallery with sub categories. I didn't like the way RSMediaGallery did it through adding the syntax into the page so went about it from a different approach, however, since I'm not posting the images from a menu I cannot figure out how to make the images "undownloadable." Any suggestions?

Using {rsmediagallery tag="abrazos"} as wrote in handout.
But it only shows this text en no thumbs.
All pictures are tagged (or "label" in dutch) as "abrazos"
Plugin is activated

When using rsmedia as menu-item it works perfect, but I'ld like to have some text above the gallery.
That's why trying to use the system plug-in.

I have a question regarding setting up menus with RSBlog.

In the past, when I have set up a “blog like” site using Joomla articles, I would use a number of categories. I would then use a number of “blog category” menu items.

It looks like this not possible without hacking core RSMail code. Here's how to do it.

How can I show to my website visitors a newletter archive? According to the documentation, I can display a History Menu item, but that only seems to be available to logged in users:

As an idea, in the past when I did something like this, I would upload a blank template (like the one from www.blank.vc) and set it as the template specifically to the page I want or in your case do a hidden menu item (setting it to "special" for viewability or for you and admins).

PResto! When you link to that RSForm page, it should only be the Form without any of your "branding". Let me know if this helps!

I create a form and add it to my menu item but it results in a 404
I am using j2.5 with standard sef settings
It doesnt work with sef turned off either or by using the content plugin - i still get a 404 for that page.

I think you can use the show on detail page option in the menu item, and then use a regular social media plug-in on the page, many are free.

I have separate help pages for each department, multiple departments. Is it possible to have a separate form for each department, without the choose department drop down?

For instance: when someone goes to Tech Support's help page, they see the tech support ticket form without the choice to choose another.

At present I am creating a web site for one auto service salon and I would like to know, is it possible to show an image when I select a desired item in dynamic dropdown menu.
The situation is: I have two dropdown menu in RSForm. The first dropdown menu - Car Division and the second dropdown menu - Auto Parts. When I click on Car Devision menu, it shows "Body" and in the second dropdown menu (Auto Parts) shows "Body mouldings". And while I am selecting a "Body mouldings" it must show and image near the dropdown menu.

Thanks for the reply, but that's not it. As there is a unique menu item for each user pointing to their documents... when a file is uploaded from there the path to the folder is not retained so it creates a new folder in the main directory.

For example, the path to the destination folder would be user/category/section/topic... but as the menu item is just the topic the path doesn't get picked up so the destination folder is just documents/files?folder=topic.

I know this has to have been discussed somewhere.

I have the form as both a menu item and a module. Using the registration plugin. When I complete the registration via the menu item, everything works perfectly...redirect to a thank you page, confirmation email. However, when I complete the form via the module and click the submit button, it clears the form ... no message ... no redirection. Simply does not work. Using the same form on both.

Any suggestions?
