You too haven't updated all that needs to be updated: components, modules and plugins.

Currently I have 2 forms loading from the menubar and each form has a different default department selection.

When switching between links the default department does not get selected once it has been changed. Then it can only be changed by the Department field pulldown.

This makes it unable to remove the Deparment selection field in the custom html template submit form.
Unless the default department gets REset to the default selection when loading the form.

Once the department is set...

On my website, www.exmouthquay.com, I have a 'Member Zone' menu item which points to a Single Article called 'Member Area'.

On this 'Member Area' article, I have placed links to eDocman functions and to RSTicket! Pro functions.

The overriding requirement is that I do not want the burden of administering users, Logins, usernames and passwords for 300 users.

In the 'Member Area' article I have placed 'PHP Simple PasswordProtect' code which means that when users click on the 'Member Zone'...

Edit the Menu Item within Menu Manager and set the items number to All

This is not a good approach, especially if you have hundreds or thousands of records. It will be a huge list (which almost crashes IE when scrolling, as I have tried) and the scrolling becomes a nightmare.

Pagination is a must for front end submissions that are large. When you click the Select all box at the top you expect ALL Submitted records to be exported to the single CSV file, not just whats currently visible. I...

Hi,

Im showing a directory for our users in a popup, (menu item set to "Target Window: New without navigation")
BUT
when viewing / editing entries i get the theme of the site back. not the blank popup as above.
Also when im saving an directory entry the post seems to show the directory in the "themeed" view not the blank popup i want.

I could probably hack the rsform scripts to add the &tmpl=component but i dont feel thats the right way to go.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks in advance!

Even if you use the Admin panel or the "Create Event" menu item, the event image can easily be attached by clicking on the "Calendar" icon on the left top corner of the page. A pop-up window will be displayed and you can choose for the desired image. All you have to do next is to crop image at the right dimensions.

Please provide a step by step guide on how you tried to implement RSBlog! on your website ?

You will need to use a specific RSBlog! menu item to display your blog posts, you can find more information here:

1. Not all the images and sliders are by default responsive in this component. Go to Administration page >> Components >> RSMediaGallery >> Options and make sure you have selected Yes to Responsive CSS option. By choosing this option you will activate the responsive layout of the gallery when you add your gallery through RSMediaGallery Content Plugin.

More on this here: www.rsjoomla.com/support/documentation/v...-content-plugin.html

When you use a menu item...

Did you solve this?
There are some options. First the Form can produce and send a PDF once Submit is clicked. Second, you could direct the user to a View Submissions menu item where the PDF can be viewed/downloaded once the form is submitted and the Continue button is clicked. Third you could also use the Submissions directory for this, I would suggest disabling editing however.

Hello,

I want to add a new color theme (orange-Brown).
I addeed a new css (copy of red-brown) and changed the red color in #ECSF29.
I added the theme in the xml page (<option value="orange_brown">TPL_RSALTO_OPTION_THEME_ORANGE_BROWN</option>)
But the orange (or original red color is gone nothing in stead of the red color.
In the nav the active menu-item is grey and further all red accents are white.
Please can you tell me what I forgot to do?

Thanks for your attention.
Have a nice day

Here is a solution from RSJoomla

- enable the 'Show only confirmed submissions' option from your Submission Directory menu item.

- navigate to backend > Components > RSForm!Pro > Manage Directories > your form > PHP Scripts > Scripts called on listing layout. Here, you can use a similar as the following script:

$today = date('d.m.Y');
$range = strtotime($today);
$flag = 0;
$db = JFactory::getDBO();
$db->setQuery("SELECT `SubmissionId`,`FieldValue` FROM #__rsform_submission_values WHERE...

Hello,

I created a form that should only be available for one assigned user group (red. Dealer). If I create a menu item that should only be available for the logged-in dealer, but it does not show up. I tried it for registered users only and it works perfectly.

Could you give me some pointers?

Are you asking if you can customize the Details Layout of the Manage Directories menu item? The answer is yes, you can disable the auto generated layout option to perform additional changes within the HTML code and or add inline CSS style.
