i have two forms in my website which are placed in 2 menus.
the first menu is about the user request information. when the user fills the form, a ticket number will send to his/her email. the form which the user fills it, has a hidden label (note) part which the admin will write about the user's request (result of the request). there is another form in another menu of the website which the user must enter the ticket number he/she had got, in order to see the hidden label value which...

I'm using RSForms for users to create their Joomla accounts. Is there a way to put their information in the User Menu so they can edit/update it? Currently all that shows up in the "Your Account Details" menu in the user menu is the Name and email and the option to set the password. I'd like them to be able to update their address, phone, etc. I already have the registration plug-in installed and am using that. Thank you.

I create a form and add it to my menu item but it results in a 404
I am using j2.5 with standard sef settings
It doesnt work with sef turned off either or by using the content plugin - i still get a 404 for that page.

I think you can use the show on detail page option in the menu item, and then use a regular social media plug-in on the page, many are free.

I have separate help pages for each department, multiple departments. Is it possible to have a separate form for each department, without the choose department drop down?

For instance: when someone goes to Tech Support's help page, they see the tech support ticket form without the choice to choose another.

Considering the date on this post, you obviously must have got an answer by now.

For anyone else with the same problem, stumbling across this problem, you have probably been following the same tutorial that I did.

Anyway problem was due to have the error selection in the Site/global configuration/server menu set at maximum. Change this back to what it was and you will be fine.

At present I am creating a web site for one auto service salon and I would like to know, is it possible to show an image when I select a desired item in dynamic dropdown menu.
The situation is: I have two dropdown menu in RSForm. The first dropdown menu - Car Division and the second dropdown menu - Auto Parts. When I click on Car Devision menu, it shows "Body" and in the second dropdown menu (Auto Parts) shows "Body mouldings". And while I am selecting a "Body mouldings" it must show and image near the dropdown menu.

Thanks for the reply, but that's not it. As there is a unique menu item for each user pointing to their documents... when a file is uploaded from there the path to the folder is not retained so it creates a new folder in the main directory.

For example, the path to the destination folder would be user/category/section/topic... but as the menu item is just the topic the path doesn't get picked up so the destination folder is just documents/files?folder=topic.

I know this has to have been discussed somewhere.

I am trying to load form on a specific content link. I could do that by (loadposition user1} however, how can I pick specific form on RSJoomla? I have created more than 5 forms in there however I'd just like to display 1 particular form. I can just select it through add to menu however, I'd like to have the option to {loadposition } the form.

Any idea how to do it?

I have the form as both a menu item and a module. Using the registration plugin. When I complete the registration via the menu item, everything works perfectly...redirect to a thank you page, confirmation email. However, when I complete the form via the module and click the submit button, it clears the form ... no message ... no redirection. Simply does not work. Using the same form on both.

Any suggestions?
