Hello,

Did you, by any chance, receive the following message when trying to install the component:

"Error building admin menus" ?

If this is the case, please refer to the following article:

Hello Nick,

In order to add Greek characters to your PDF you need to use the 'DejaVu sans' font. To do so, please go to Components >> RSForm!Pro >> Configuration >> PDF and select 'DejaVu Sans (Unicode)' from the 'Font' drop-down menu. If the font is not available, you can download it from our website, in the My downloads > RSform!Pro > View all plugins and modules > RSform!Pro files > 3rd Party area.

After downloading the font file, please upload it using your FTP client within the...

I had a user with IE 9 who couldn't use the admin menu from frontend, it didn't unfold. But I found out that the pop-blocker caused the problem, so I just disabled the blocker for that site. And the menu unfolds fine.

Matt

Hello Holmes,

You can try accessing the form directly from the URL. It should look like this:

/administrator/index.php?option=com_forme&task=editform&hidemainmenu=1&cid=insert_your_form's_id_here

You can set the email address as the value for the drop-down menu item as in the following example:

mail@domain.com|item caption.

You can read more on this topic here:

Hi

Trying to add a link to the form listing as per www.rsjoomla.com/support/documentation/v...-view-menu-item.html, but in my results I get "{detailspdf}Download PDF" instead of the actual link.

Here's my code:
<tr>
	<td>{details}{sc_lname:value}, {sc_fname:value}{/details}</td>
	<td>{sc_email:value}</td>
	<td>{detailspdf}Download PDF{/detailspdf}</td>
</tr>

I have both Content and PDF modules installed and enabled. Can someone please advise?

Regards,
George

Hello,

You can choose to filter events by categories from the "List Events" menu item, notice "Events categories" from the basic options tab. You can also use the "Event categories module" on the same page to achieve this. More information about the "List Events" menu item and the "Event categories" module can be found here:

Hi, I am creating a website feedback form, for which a menu item in the footer of each page links to. Is there a way to get the page title of the page where the menu item was clicked, then how would I then post that page title into a hidden field of the form? J.2.5

The menu item for RSEvents!Pro you are referring its called "List events", this offers a simple event listing, one below the other with some options for configuration.

You can read more about the built-in menu items for RSEvents!Pro here:
