You can crop your thumbnails in the desired format (Components > RSMediaGallery! > edit image and crop as you please by ticking "Free Aspect Ratio"). However, please provide more information on the way you are using RSMediaGallery! (as a menu item, system/content plugin) so i can further assist you in this inquiry.

Yes, all of that works correctly. Which is to say, my conditional (hidden) fields do not show up unless the user selects the Solar service type from the first menu.

The issues is, when that option is not selected, there is a large space on the default form view. Something is making the form appear like there is content in that area, and there should not be (unless the other Solar form is selected.)

Thanks,
Bill

I have a pretty custom form that has a spacing issue.

The form uses conditional statements to display additional fields if the user selects Solar from the first drop down menu.

But in the standard form, there is a large gap between the previous project files and comments box.

When you select the Solar form though, there is no gap. It's only on the base form when the page loads that the gap is present.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Bill

You can assign a user group to only have access to RSForm! Pro following the steps below:
  1. 1. Add a new group -> RSForm! Pro Group (e.g.)
  2. 2. Go to access levels -> edit "Special" -> add the RSForm! Pro Group (do not remove the others!)
  3. 3. Global configuration -> Permissions -> RSForm! Pro Group -> change Admin Login to Allowed
  4. 4. In the Global configuration menu from the left select RSForm! Pro -> Select RSForm! Pro Group and set the permissions to allowed
  5. 5. Add the users to the new user group

Hi,
I get an empty (blank) window when I click on the "Ticket Configuration" menu item.
The page never goes active, remains static, does nothing.

Thank you very much for your help.

Please provide information regarding what sitemap are you trying to generate and where did you encounter the issue.
RSSeo! can create 3 types of sitemaps:
  • sitemap.xml
  • ror.xml
  • HTML sitemap
Reference here

Information regarding the XML sitemaps can be found in the following article
http://www.rsjoomla.com/support/documentation/view-article/864-how-to-create-xml-sitemaps-using-rsseo.html
HTML sitemaps can be accessed via menu item , more information about it can be found here:

Try setting the Days value to 0, this is the future events day limit for example if it's set to 2 it will display the events that occur after 2 days from now. More information can be found at the following url http://www.rsjoomla.com/support/documentation/view-article/691-built-in-menu-items.html

I have two events in the future (starting 2nd June and 1st July)

Yet neither of them are displayed when I link to the "Events" ( using "Select a Menu Item Type" from a menu).

I have selected "List Type" - "Future Events", and it does not matter what I set "Days" value, they are not displayed.

Yet - if I set "List Type" to "All Events" they get listed.

Can't understand why. {yes the dates are set to this year}

They are listed correctly in the "Upcoming Events" module.

Thanks peter

You can achieve this in different ways, you can determine what suits your needs.

First method would be to create an RSForm!Pro Module and publish it only the page with the articles from that specific category.( this implies creating a new Category List menu item )
The downside of this method is that it will display the form on the list view of the articles;

Second method would be to insert the RSForm! Pro placeholder inside the article {rsform formid};

Third method is to create an XTD...

I just upgraded to the latest version of RSMembership and now the main menu on the subscription page is spread out over two lines rather than one. Is there a way for me to fix that? Here are links to the pages:

UPDATE: I've submitted a support ticket instead.

RSForm!Pro has built-in feature to view the submissions in the front-end. You can achieve this by creating a new RSForm!Pro > Submission directory menu-item. This will allow you to view/edit/download (as PDF) or export the data as CSV. More information about submission directory here in the RSForm! Pro submission directory article

The emails that are sent by RSForm!Pro can be edited in the Emails menu in the form properties.(Administrator panel > Components > RSForm!Pro > Select form > Properties > User Emails/ Admin Emails/Additional Emails)
The message you send to the submitters can be customised in the User Emails section. In the message you will need to use certain placeholders (you can read about them in the RSForm!Pro email configuration article).

Is it possible to configure RS Form Pro to send email to different departments based on the user selection from a drop-down menu.

For example, this is the content in the drop down menu:

General Info
Jobs and Internships
Partnerships
Report an Issue

And say, a user chooses "Partnerships". The email would be sent to bizdevelopment at thecompany .com.
If a user selects "Report an Issue", the email would go to webmaster at thecompany .com

Can this be done.

All best,

Steve
