Hi!

Pretty new to RSform Pro but am looking to setup an FTP account that would allow download of web form data that has been submitted. I know info can be (and is) delivered by email notification and that data can be downloaded from within Joomla but neither of these processes allow for easy processing.

In short - looking for way to download data without needing to use Joomla back-end or without copy and pasting from an email notification.

Not sure if this is super easy - or if it is even possible due to how form data is handled.

Any help out there?
Summary...
1) FTP download of useable data
2) alternative to getting data other than by email or Joomla back-end

Thanks!

RSForm!Pro has built-in feature to view the submissions in the front-end. You can achieve this by creating a new RSForm!Pro > Submission directory menu-item. This will allow you to view/edit/download (as PDF) or export the data as CSV. More information about submission directory here in the RSForm! Pro submission directory article

Thanks!

Will have to check this out in more detail!
Looks great.

It seems I will have to setup a specific user with adequate permissions to access but that makes sense. One more (sort of) related question... After records are downloaded to the user's local system is it possible (did not see this just glancing through) to easily clear all records without logging into back end?

The submission directory doesn`t have a built-in feature to delete from the front-end, you can achieve this by custom scripting. An easy way to delete submissions is by Clear all submissions feature from Administration panel > Components > RSForm! Pro > Manage forms).
