To make the Ticketing better I really would incist on having a default values field within the Custom Fields.

Setting Default value for checkboxes and other field types.


My main advise is having fields automatically filled in when there is only 1 choice possible in 'select menu's' like: Department & Subject of the ticket form.
Especially these two fields need default value options, so that they are automatically filled in.

I find that users keep forgetting those fields and it would speed up...

There are some options. First the Form can produce and send a PDF once Submit is clicked. Second, you could direct the user to a View Submissions menu item where the PDF can be viewed/downloaded once the form is submitted and the Continue button is clicked. Third you could also use the Submissions directory for this, I would suggest disabling editing however.

I want to add a new color theme (orange-Brown).
I addeed a new css (copy of red-brown) and changed the red color in #ECSF29.
I added the theme in the xml page (<option value="orange_brown">TPL_RSALTO_OPTION_THEME_ORANGE_BROWN</option>)
But the orange (or original red color is gone nothing in stead of the red color.
In the nav the active menu-item is grey and further all red accents are white.
Please can you tell me what I forgot to do?

The problem you have is generated by bootstrap.css file that is included with your template.( /templates/yoo_katana/styles/stageinternationl2_donker_menu/css/bootstrap.css)
Here your textarea gets a height of 22px.

When I click on the small x on suggestion menu nothing happens and I get this error on javascript console

We just upgraded our site from 2.5 to 3.4 and when I installed the newest versions of RSForm and RSEvents, neither of the components show in the menu. I made sure the component, modules, and plugins were all enabled in the "manage extensions" screen, still didn't work.

I created a form that should only be available for one assigned user group (red. Dealer). If I create a menu item that should only be available for the logged-in dealer, but it does not show up. I tried it for registered users only and it works perfectly.

Could you give me some pointers?

Are you asking if you can customize the Details Layout of the Manage Directories menu item? The answer is yes, you can disable the auto generated layout option to perform additional changes within the HTML code and or add inline CSS style.
