Hello,

To prevent images from being cropped, you can follow these steps:

- For new images: Before uploading, check the "Free Aspect Ratio" box. This ensures that the thumbnail is generated without cropping the original image.
- For existing images: Navigate to Components > RSMediaGallery!, edit your images, select the "Free Aspect Ratio" option, and adjust to include the entire image.
- For menu items: Go to Menus > Main Menu, select your Gallery menu item, open the **Advanced** tab, and set the "Use Original Image" option to "No."

Hello,

You can take a look at the followings:

- edit the submission information in the frontend area using the Submissions Directory menu item;

- edit the submission using the original form through custom scripting, an example on this topic can be found here.

I am having the same question.

From my side, I have set many conditional fields. While submitting a first record, I can crearly fill my fields based on what I need. Then I would like to edit/update the record but I can do it only from the menu item "Submissions - Directory". When I go there, all my conditional fields are visible despite the condition is not met.

So, I am looking for a way to be able to edit or update a record in the same way I have submitted the first time.

Is there someone who has found a way to make it happen?

Thank you in advance!

Hello,

You can change the layout from 'Table' to 'Columns' by editing the System - RSFiles! plugin > 'Layout' option.

You can hide the 'New' badge either by:

- going to Components > RSFiles! > Settings > Files > add 0 in the 'Days to be NEW' field. This however will apply globally to all your files, displayed either through the System plugin or the Download Folder menu item.

- adding a custom CSS rule in one of your template CSS files, to target the files added in articles, for example:...

Hello I , found RSPageBuilder! and made a test page
I can publish it via a menu item.
But I cannot find the way how to publish it via a New Module.
When I start the modules and choose for a New one, there is no RSPageBuilder option in it.

Someone who can tell me what I do wrong ?

I would like to suggest that RSJoomla offer a paid version of RSPageBuilder! My reasons are as follows:

1. Value of RSPageBuilder! I really like RSPageBuilder and consider it one of the best Joomla page builders available. (For my purposes it is the best!) I have tried a few of them, including complex, expensive ones but I prefer RSPageBuilder to all those. What I like about it is that it doesn't try to replace the Joomla or Bootstrap systems but makes it easy to work with them. It provides a...

Hello,

The simplest solution for this scenario would be to add a hidden field to your form that has the default value set to "Pending", then use the "Submissions Directory" menu item to allow only super administrator level users to edit the submissions and change the value of this hidden field.

Another option would be to add a dropdown field to your form with the three statuses and use a custom script in "Scripts called on form display" that will check the user group the current user...

Thanks thats a great suggestion. I have changed all the forms I have created to the same.

Could I ask advice on something else? So on my website we have a section that displays businesses that offers benefits to our members. Here is an example www.prvlge.com/index.php/component/custo...uct&id=14&Itemid=245 On the right hand side of the page there is the box called Offer Times : Is it possible to recreate that box in a form? So far all the forms I have made have been in a list...

In the event options I can set a text to display a custom message when the event has ended. This text shows up in the event details page. However, I want this text to be visible in the list with events (a listing made a menu-item).
I know how to make overrides, but I'm not a programmer, I have limited php skills. I have found the code for this message in de php file for the view of the event details. When I copy that code in the php file for the listing view, nothing happens, it will not show...

I have a menu item pointing to a submissions directory. Within the menu item's settings, how can I add a submit date filter? I've tried different ways with the 'Dynamic Filtering Values', such as DateSubmitted, but I receive a "Dynamic filtering field 'DateSubmitted' not found in form" error. Is it required that I add a "Date Submitted" form field and use that, and in which I will have two "Date Submitted" form fields?

Thanks.

Hello,

You can edit the submitted data, from the frontend area, using the RSForm!Pro Submissions Directory menu item. please read this article for more information.

If you're trying to edit the submission using the original form, you can try taking a look at this article instead. Note that this is just an example, not a copy paste solution.

Hi, Is it possible to associate the directory view
(index.php?option=com_rsform&view=directory)
within a joomla module instead of linking it to a menu item?
Thanks

Hi

Running a website where most everything is reserved for registered members only, I would like to hide the feedback-component from Public. I do not have a public menu-item for teh forum but should you get the complete URL from somewhere, you can get all the feedbacks without logging in.

Is there a way for me to prevent public access to the component.

Best regards,
Kimmo

Is there a way to configure a menu item that would open a specified category automatically. I only have one category (for the time being at least), and it seems unnecessary that the user lands first on a category-list when there is only one category, and has to click the category before getting to the actual content.

You can use the link that is generated when you click Preview.

Or you can create a menu item directly to the form, which is not displayed, and call it "Individual link".
