Is there a possibility to use a background for the entire page as a jpg or an mp4.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

By default there is no option that you can use in order to set a background for the entire page, however, this can be achieved through a CSS definition added in one of your template's CSS files. For more information on this matter, you can refer to the following page:
