just stumbled upon RSDirectory and have a presales question.

For instance - i have a vehicle and want to let the user select a color (predefined radio buttons or drobdowns) on frontend and select other things with checkboxes. is this possible? and if yes, will this be forwarded by email to the author?

Hello,

RSDirectory! comes with a lot of features including a Custom Field section where you can define new fields for your
forms. You can choose between common HTML fields like dropdowns and radiobuttons, along with some custom ones, each one with it's own configuration options.

When you add new custom fields to your form, the component will automatically generate placeholders based on field's name. The placeholders will be listed in this area and can be included in your email message body.

thanks for your answer but:

i need the customers to see additional dropdowns and radio buttons not the ad builder.

like an ad shows a car and the customer can change color or add additional packages like different wheels...

is this possible aswell?

This is exactly what I am after - Sorry for dragging up this old post - but did you ever get RS directory to do what you were asking?
