I am having a couple of problems whilst trying to configure this component.
Firstly Field Ordering
It tells me to sort by order so I can re position the fields in the correct (way I want) order however the ordering does not seem to be 'live'
see picture that shows the title with no link function (different colour)

Is there any way to fix this ... it was working on the live site (although the component is switched off) but has stopped and I'm not sure when this happened.

I have also noticed that the backup stops at 20% as I was going to uninstall and start from scratch whilst keeping the fields and styles I had changed.


Any ideas?
I'm using a shape5 template if that helps

As for your second question, a frontend template should not affect in any way the back-up process. However, please submit a ticket so we can take a closer look.
