At the checkin of the event, I really require to be able to have a easy frontend checkin system that enables you to checkmark the subscribers/tickets at point of entry.

Was wondering how other are doing this. Does anybody have an easy solution for this?
I can't be the only one who desperately needs a solution for this.

Looks like I need to develop something myself? Just like I did with the multi-ticket vertical listing.

- Upcoming events can be selected in frontend of site (Super User and event owner)
- Single click subscriber checkin that has status Complete (other status not possible), making RED button Green color
- Multiple sold tickets checkin possible, visilizing with * button
- Add subscribers button
- CSV export, Checked in and Unchecked.
- Extra RSform fields can be shown from settings. Default; Subscriber name, Tickets, Total, ID
- Option to add notes to subscriber by cashier.
- Red Checkbox to also display the subscribers that are not status Complete, with dark backgrounds.
- Easy mobile ready with landscape showing the extra RSform fields.

Hello rakeshy or (Rs! Events God as you are called in our mind),

It seems terrific because one of the (many?) problems with Rs! Events is the scanning functionnality.

Last summer we used a third party App: CodeReadr App, very cool by the way but not free and above all, disconnected from RS! Eevents tool/database; but, no big deal because as you noticed the reporting of the scanning is not very good to say the least.

We would be pleased to help you for the system you are building but we do not know what do you need/want but there is something which pretty sure we are very interested by it.

Do you plan to realese the code?

The least we sure could do is translate it in french but it surely does not motivate you very much.

Yes I have worked with CodeReadr as well when I had a few 100 visitors. But it required uploading csv and some formatting to get the right info about the ticket. In 2017 I made a suggestion about this in this post.

I'm in debugging phase now, but good to hear you are interested. I will offer the code when the extension is stable.
Also QR code scanning will be added in the future as wel. Then CheckIN tool is always in sync with registrations, the CodeReadr you need the Database option to get this.

I meant to say that CodeReadr has a Database-cloud option, to keep databases in sync. But nevermind.

Also noticed they now have Zappier connection, so this could perhaps be linked with RSform with Zappier plugin.

Hope to have the CheckIN tool ready for free and donation in 1 month from now.
