Hi. I noticed that field "Can submit his own ticket" on staff - submitting page on backend. Does that option allow staff member to create a new ticket towards a customer?

This option allows the staff member to submit a support ticket just like he a regular "customer".

RSTickets!Pro does incorporate " Can submit a ticket on behalf of a customer " option as well: Components > RSTickets!Pro > Staff groups > edit a group > Submitting.

That's a great feature. But staff member can submit a ticket towards who? (Customer or other staff member? I hope the first). It's a pity your component doesn't have the other feature i asked in other post (www.rsjoomla.com/forum/52-rsticketspro/2...epartment.html#33505) and that i need.
