The Tickets Dashboard comes formatted very strangely. :S See screenshot.



How do I align the formats so that the links in the "#" section are horizontal?
Also, how can I reduce the vertical space each ticket in the list uses?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance ;)

Can you post a url to the page in cause? It will be really helpful. Also you didn't attached the screenshot of the Tickets Dashboard page. Please provide all this informations and we will be happy to help you.

I changed the template. Apparently RSTicketsPro is incompatable with the Wright framework provided by JSRefresh template from Joomlashack.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
