Tabbed ticket view not displaying after upgrade 9 years 2 months ago #30376

I just upgraded to RS Tickets Pro 1.9.29 from RS Tickets Pro 2.0.0 R8 (both under Joomla 2.5.28) and the Tabbed Ticket view is no longer displaying as horizontal tabs. It is just a vertical list of the tab names in large text.

I have tried going to configuration and setting the ticket view to something else (plain or accordion) and back to tabbed with no luck.

Any idea on how to fix it? I assume I need to tweak the CSS somewhere?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

The ticketing is on a private area of our site. I'll submit this problem via tech support. I started with the forum in case some other user had seen this before.
