Hello all Experts
Is it possible to asign 2 or 3 staff members to one ticket.
In my case we have a ticket thats needs action from 2 different Staff members with different skills. It would be great if I can asign the ticket to both staff members as they ca colaborate inside RS tickets before they take action.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

By default, a ticket is a private conversation between a staff member and a customer. Though the ticket itself is assigned to a single staff member, it does not imply that other staff members can't see or reply to it (these permissions are handled from Components -> RSTickets! Pro -> Staff groups).
