When a user submits a ticket and selects "existing user", they are forced to search to find themselves. The client does not want to display the user name and email (see screen shot). If the user can just used the search box to find themselves without displaying everyone's information, that would be great. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me on this.

The "existing user" should be displayed for configured staff members only. Your customers, shouldn't have this option. If they are logged in, the user details will be grabbed automatically. This feature was designed as tool for staff members to post on behalf of other users.
