New to RSTickets and just noticed the setting on the Submit Ticket form is to only allow zip files - is there a way to include (say) jpg's and png's? Our clients often take pictures of faulty tools and need us to look at these.

You can allow what kind of extension you need by going to Components > RSTickets!Pro > Departments > Select one > Uploads
